Terms and Conditions of Use for Bodegas Cancho’s Online Shop

1. General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The following general Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms of Sale”) are strictly applied to the sale of product(s) in Spain to retailers and wholesalers.

The purchase of any product on the Bodegas Cancho website (the “Site”) implies acceptance by the Customer, in full and without reservations of any kind, of these Terms of Sale for Bodegas Cancho’s Online Shop valid until the day on which the corresponding order is placed. The Buyer’s acceptance of these Terms of Sale shall apply to the order to which they relate and to any subsequent order unless Bodegas Cancho establishes new Terms of Sale. Bodegas Cancho’s failure to insist on or enforce strict performance of these Terms of Sale shall not be construed as a waiver by Bodegas Cancho of any provision or any right to enforce these Terms of Sale.

Governing law and jurisdiction. You agree that all matters relating to your access to or use of this Site, including all disputes, will be governed by Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions contrary to it.

2-Prices:

All prices that appear on the Site are expressed in Euro (€) currency and are valid, except those with typographical errors. All prices include VAT, applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of products sold by Bodegas Cancho

3. Payment methods

At Bodegas Cancho’ Online Shop you can pay by bank transfer, cash on delivery, PayPal or Virtual POS.

4- Products:

Bodegas Cancho’s offers are valid until the items are no longer in stock. We reserve the right to modify the product range in the event of supply issues.
Photographs, graphic designs and descriptions of the products on sale are for illustrative purposes only and the seller Bodegas Cancho will not be liable for any damage of any kind arising from the use of any product information.

5. Shipping and deliveries:

Your purchased products will be delivered to the person and address provided in the order form. Invoices will be sent automatically to the email address indicated by the customer at the time of their registration on the Site.
Our carriers do not deliver packages on weekends or holidays. However, a delayed order will not imply the Customer shall be entitled to terminate the contract.

An order is considered delivered once the carrier delivers the package(s) to the customer and the customer signs the receipt of delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to check the state of the goods upon delivery and he or she must indicate any problem on the delivery note.

Please contact us for deliveries outside Spain.

"The buyer must specify the desired shipping address, either a home address, work address or pickup location. The delivery time will be between 2-3 business days from the time of payment confirmation for credit card purchases. If the chosen payment method is bank transfer, the order will be shipped only after confirmation of the bank transfer or proof of payment has been received. The buyer can specify a different delivery week by indicating it in “Comments”.

Goods must be checked at the time of delivery to verify that all the ordered products have been delivered. The recipient may reject the package if it is likely to have been opened or if it shows obvious signs of deterioration.

6. Return and cancellation policy

6.1. Return of goods

The maximum period for returning products is within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in perfect condition. It must also weigh at least 80% of its original weight and be returned in the original packaging with the safety seal.

To return wine, please contact us at info@bodegascancho.com, indicating your order number. You will receive instructions on how to return your items.

The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs unless expressly stated otherwise by Bodegas Cancho.

6.2. Order cancellation

Orders may be canceled free of charge before shipment. In the event an order is canceled after it has been shipped from the Bodegas Cancho facilities, the customer will be responsible for any shipping and return charges.
